Wow, those CD-I games look like the material used to create the characters from the Zelda cartoon that used to run alongside Captain N. Come to think of it, they had Link constantly pushing for the kiss and getting rejected in the comic books, too. It's probably for the best that never happened in the games— if I went threw all the trouble to save a Zelda who won't even give me a kiss for the effort, I'd only make that mistake once.
